Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This policy sets out the rules for acceptable and lawful use of the Eagle Eye CRM platform. By using the platform, all users agree to comply with this policy.

Prohibited Activities

• Using the platform to send unsolicited bulk emails (spam).
• Storing or processing illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems.
• Reverse engineering or decompiling the platform software.
• Sharing account credentials with unauthorised parties.
• Using the platform to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Uploading malware, viruses, or any malicious code.

Data Responsibilities

Tenants and users are responsible for ensuring that data processed through Eagle Eye CRM complies with POPIA, GDPR, and all applicable data protection laws. Personal data of third parties must only be processed with valid legal grounds.

Enforcement

Violation of this policy may result in account suspension or termination without notice. Powervision Technologies reserves the right to report illegal activities to relevant authorities.
